In order to receive full credit for your core, you must return within 30 days from the date of purchase. The core must be unopened and without any physical damage.A 15% reduction per month will be charged starting 30 days after the purchase date for any late returns.
There may be a 35% reduction for cores that have been opened up, along with variable deductions for missing parts and any damage that is not a result of normal wear. Package your core up securely so it doesn’t come out of the box. Be sure to include your contact information so we know who to credit the refund to. Core refunds are typically done at the end of each week.
To guarantee 100% compatibility, please provide the complete OEM number found on the nameplate of your existing unit. (ex. Eaton 6657024) If the plate is missing, please send photos of the unit to our email address (info@stoens.com) or contact us for a cell phone number to text the photos to. Provide any additional information that you think will be helpful (shaft type, mounting or part configuration, machine the item is for, etc.) This will help our technicians find the exact replacement for you.
We typically ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days.
Purchases may be returned in original condition for credit within 90 days of the date of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged. Returns may not be accepted after 90 days.
Quality is our priority. Every hydraulic component undergoes a rigorous test bench procedure before leaving our facility. We can provide a test report upon request.
Typically we will have a unit ready to ship back within a week if we have the parts on hand. Larger items may take longer. Contact us about your unit if you’d like a more specific estimate or if you have an emergency situation.
We warranty our repairs for a period of six months under normal conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, hydros, pumps, motors and cylinders. Product or parts failures or malfunctions not attributable to parts and/or workmanship will not be considered.

Stoen’s Hydrostatic Service, Inc will not be liable for labor costs or any other expenses incurred in removing or installing parts or products. The use of customer provided parts will void warranty. New components purchased are warranted by the manufacturer. Manufacturers’ terms and conditions apply.
